The organization aims to promote its products through wholesale channels and B2B marketing initiatives.Job SummaryThis role drives revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction by leading cross-functional teams, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with company standards.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesLeadership & ManagementLead, supervise, and develop teams across Sales, Operations, Administration, and Support.Set performance targets, conduct evaluations, and ensure continuous improvement.Promote a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.Sales ManagementOversee sales operations, strategies, and target achievement.Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and take corrective actions when needed.Develop sales initiatives, promotional activities, and customer acquisition strategies.Coordinate with marketing and business development to drive revenue growth.Operations ManagementEnsure smooth day-to-day business operations across all departments.Develop, update, and enforce operational policies and SOPs.Monitor process efficiency and implement improvements to maximize productivity.Coordinate logistics, service delivery, customer handling, and workflow management.Administrative OversightSupervise administrative functions such as documentation, office management, supplies, and general clerical operations.Ensure proper record-keeping, compliance, and timely reporting.Manage administrative budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.Support Function ManagementOversee customer support and service teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.Resolve escalated issues, monitor service levels, and ensure customer satisfaction.Review and improve support processes, tools, and communication channels.Business Reporting & CoordinationPrepare and consolidate performance reports for management review.Track KPIs for all departments and highlight key insights and trends.Coordinate interdepartmental communication and align teams with company goals.Compliance & Quality AssuranceEnsure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and industry requirements.Conduct periodic audits to assess efficiency and quality of operations.Drive initiatives that strengthen internal controls and minimize operational risks.Strategic Planning & ExecutionSupport senior management in planning business strategies and implementing action plans.Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.Identify opportunities for growth, operational improvements, and cost savings.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales support, business development, and customer relationship management.Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role is required.Background in automotive industry or any related field.Strong leadership and people management skills.Proven ability to manage multi-departmental functions.Excellent organizational and operational planning abilities.Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and ability to multitask.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and relevant business systems.
