Sales Manager C&I

Job Responsibilities:Responsible for the overseas sales and market maintenance of the company’s commercial & industrial (C&I) energy storage products in the target country/region, formulating targeted sales strategies and plans, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.Develop and maintain relationships with C&I customers and partners, conduct in-depth communication, engagement, and negotiations with target clients, provide product solution support based on customer needs, facilitate order signing, and follow up on payment collection.Analyze customer demand for C&I energy storage solutions, research market trends, industry dynamics, and customer pain points, collect customer feedback and competitive intelligence, and provide insights for the company’s product iteration and market strategy optimization.Job Requirements:With at least 2 years of working experience in the C&I energy storage, new energy, or power electronics field; experience in project-based sales is preferred.Proficient in English (able to use it as a working language); proficiency in the local language is a plus, and multilingual ability is highly desirable.Excellent interpersonal understanding and communication skills, strong insight into customer needs, proactive in responding to customer feedback, and capable of timely addressing customer requirements to drive project progress.Familiar with the local business environment, industry policies, and C&I energy storage customers; able to adapt to cross-cultural communication, and those with existing local C&I energy storage customer resources or project experience are preferred.
