With thousands of employees worldwide, numerous production sites and R&D centers, this company develops and manufactures cutting-edge systems that contribute to safer, cleaner, and more connected mobility.Your responsibilitiesManage the commercial aspects of existing contracts and identify new business opportunities in line with the company’s sales strategy.Act as a key member of the project team, responsible for all commercial activities related to assigned projects.Represent the company’s interests toward customers while ensuring internal alignment with customer expectations.Define pricing strategies for new business and prepare quotations (piece price, tooling, D&D) in the required format.Maintain and improve margins through engineering change management, productivity studies, and contract reviews.Liaise with customer purchasing centers and secure customer orders.Ensure timely payment of invoices and support plants with exceptional customer requests (e.g. overtime, quality replacements, color changes).Contribute to achieving targets defined in the annual performance review.Your profileUniversity degree or equivalent qualification.Minimum of 5–6 years of experience in a similar sales or commercial role, ideally within the automotive sector.Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.Solid financial and analytical understanding to manage quotations and pricing negotiations.Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
