The Sales Manager will develop and implement effective sales strategies, lead sales teams, assess market conditions, and identify sales opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include establishing sales objectives, monitoring sales performance, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for preparing sales reports, forecasting, and collaborating with other departments to align sales activities with broader business goals.QualificationsProven track record in Sales Management and teams leadershipStrong Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a mustStrong understanding in the hotels and airlines operationsStrong understanding of market analysis and customer insightsExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in sales forecasting and reportingAbility to work independently and manage multiple teamsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
