Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vancouver, BC, for the position of Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include leading sales presentations, negotiating contracts, preparing sales forecasts, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize customer solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to drive business growth while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Qualifications Sales and Business Development skills, including client relationship management and identifying growth opportunitiesNegotiation, Contract Management, and Pipeline Development experienceMarket Analysis, Forecasting, and Strategic Planning capabilitiesLeadership and Team Collaboration skills to inspire and support internal teamsProficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software is highly advantageousStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsA results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market conditionsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with prior experience in logistics or supply chain sales preferred
