This role has to lead the team and cross functionally and executes comprehensive sales strategy and business plan, and tracking sales trends and identifies opportunity for growthA Typical DayDevelop a sales strategy and required to mentor, manage and motivate inside sales team in West Sumatra areas (Pekanbaru, Batam, Padang) to achieve organizational sales goals and revenuesDevelop new business opportunities and grow sales with new market penetrationHandling and resolving customer complaint regarding a product or serviceClose collaboration and maintain communications between sales, marketing, supply chain, after sales and other personnel as well as customer and supplier Close cooperation with key information owners in ecommerce channelsWho You AreBachelor’s DegreeProven experience in all aspect of planning and implementing sales strategyStrong analytical skill to identify trends and sales patternsStrong communication ability (both written and spoken)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functionsAbility to tackle demands of ever-evolving technological implements with easeWhere you'll be:You will be based in Pekan Baru, Indonesia and reporting to Regional Sales Manager.Benefit highlights:Discounts on Electrolux products and services.Medical & Hospitalization coverage.As part of the Electrolux Group, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
