Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a reputable Property Financing Company seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to support the Business Director in driving sales performance and business growth. The position will be based in Surabaya, Indonesia.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with the Business Director to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Manage and lead the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Ensure high-quality customer engagement and service delivery throughout the sales process.Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.Collaborate with marketing and project teams to optimize product positioning and market reach.Requirements:Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the property or banking/financial services sectors.Proven leadership and people management skills with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
