The role involves managing key customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and identifying new opportunities across the scientific, healthcare, and research sectors.Job Title: Sales ManagerLocation: Esco Philippines, Inc - Pasay, PhilippinesReports To: Entity Head / Regional Commercial Leader Functional Manager: Business Unit Heads Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute country sales plans to achieve revenue targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer visits.Prepare quotations, tender documents, and project proposals.Support marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotional events.Monitor and report sales performance, pipeline, and market trends.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.Translate and adapt marketing materials when required.Perform other related duties as assigned.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in scientific or laboratory equipment. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Good business acumen and customer focus. Fluent in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.Willing to travel and work flexible hours to coordinate with global teams.
