Sales Manager (Exhibition)

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager with a strong background in the exhibition industry. The ideal candidate is someone with proven experience in managing sales, building client relationships, and possessing a deep understanding of business strategies within the exhibition sector.Requirement :- Bachelor’s degree (minimum).- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the MICE industry for at least 3–5 years (5 years preferred).- Strong professional network and connections.- Ability to work effectively in a team.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Presentable appearance.- Proficiency in foreign languages, at least English; Mandarin is a plus.- Leadership: ability to lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve company objectives.- Organizational management: ability to manage schedules, resources, and workflows effectively.- Creative with strong problem-solving skills to overcome sales challenges.- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, make projections, and support decision-makingJobs Description :Responsible for achieving the company’s sales targets (both departmental and individual), developing short-term and long-term strategies, and leading, guiding, and evaluating the sales team to achieve revenue objectives. Other responsibilities include analyzing market data, building, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects.
