We truly appreciate leadership on any scale, and now we are looking for SALES MANAGER who will prove his/her success for growing large, complex accounts.About The RoleSALES MANAGER should be ready for; Planning overall business in terms of “Direct Selling” including account management, incentives’ programs, bonus systems, promotional mechanisms for entrepreneur development, sales events’ management, business expansion and channel management strategiesCollaborating on initiatives to enhance the direct value proposition to give our current and future owners a differentiated reason to select FARMASI as the ultimate beauty, skin care and nutrition solutions’ providerDeveloping overall strategies for direct selling, direct retail and marketplace excellence and defining clear shopper journeys and experiential activities for every sales touch pointAssisting in sales budgeting, category sales forecasting and pricing with trade marketing, sales planning and business analysis teamsIdentifying KPI’s and reporting on performance of launches, sales activations, initiatives and partnerships; share findings with key stakeholders outlining learnings, insights and recommendationsAbout youQualifications & CharacteristicsMin 5+ years of experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing highly qualified sales leaders and winning teams by consistently creating sales strategies and achieving sales plansWork experience in retail and/or multi-level marketing (MLM) in cosmetics, skincare and/or nutrition industries (not a must)No travel restrictions. Active driving with ability to travel up to 80% of the timeProficient in Microsoft OfficeFluent in English, both spoken and writtenProfessional verbal and written communications skills with internal and external teams in line with digitalized content creation promoting aggressive field sales’ strategiesConfident presenter, trainer, and facilitator in live and virtual platformsInnovative, progressive and tech savvyExhibits strong analytical, strategic thinking and decision-making skills with ability to identify, prioritize, and adjust to multiple needsComfortable with complexity, ambiguity, and change: Ability to navigate and influence in matrix structure and react quickly to make changes based on latest market trends and dynamicsExtensive experience when it comes to budget control and oversight
