Above all else, we always put our clients first.About your role :As a integral member of the LatAm sales team (Chile, Peru, Colombia, Uruguay, Mexico and Brazil), the Relationship (Sales) Manager works in partnership with the Sales Team to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of the LatAm sales plan throughout its client base (Wholesale and Institutional clients).The role includes strong sales skills, experience in the sector and relationship with clients are valued.Key Responsibilities :Act as day-to-day client contact, including principal contact for designated clientsBuild, develop and maintain strong relationships with selected clientsThis includes: Development of a relationship network with the client Drafting of a client map Managing of joint marketing and distribution activitiesThorough assessment of the clients’ needs resulting in unsurpassed, continuously improving client serviceLiaise closely with the sales teams responsible and with the marketing departmentActively contribute to further develop Fidelity’s LatAm business to support, achieve and secure long-term business growthWork closely with the Marketing team to come up with creative marketing ideas i.e. for road shows or joint marketing campaigns with key clientsAchieve net sales targets within your client groupAbout you :Higher education in business, finance or economicsProven success of at least 5 years of professional experience in the financial industry, ideally with experience in the asset management industryWilling and able to travelExcellent knowledge of the Latam asset management industry and trendsExperience in presenting to large audiencesCreative and imaginativeStrong verbal and written communication skills to build on strong commercial skillsAble to work independently yet a team playerBusiness fluent in both Spanish and EnglishCommitted to successfully complete an industry recognised qualificationAbility to work under pressure to deadlines in a fast-paced environment, well organisedGood PC knowledge with strong analytical skillsExperience in using Sales Force and Morningstar Direct is a plusFeel rewarded :For starters, we’ll offer you a comprehensive benefits package.
