With a new owner as part of a group backed by Fidelio Capital, the focus is now clear: scale the business, sharpen the go-to-market strategy, and establish a leading position beyond the Nordics.About the Position as Sales Manager FinlandAvy is seeking a Sales Manager to accelerate and grow its presence in Finland. As one of the first members of the Finnish team, you will take on a strategic yet hands-on role, playing a key role in shaping the company’s growth journey. You will drive new business development while strengthening relationships with existing clients, with a primary focus on property management companies.You will collaborate closely with teams across Commercial, Product, Marketing, and Partners, and visit the Stockholm headquarters as required. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team with ambitious goals and a strong drive for success.Your main responsibilities:Own the full sales process, from prospecting, product demos to solution design, contract negotiations, and deal closures.Tailor solutions to meet each customer’s unique needs, ensuring long-term value and strong relationships.Drive new client acquisition while strengthening existing partnerships to expand Avy’s Nordic market presence.About youYou have several years of proven experience driving complex B2B sales within SaaS, covering the full process from prospecting to closing deals. You are skilled at navigating complex organizations, understanding their ecosystems, and identifying key decision-makers. You are fluent in Finnish and English and hold a valid B-class driver’s license with the flexibility to travel when required.As a person, you are highly self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong focus on results. You thrive in environments where you can shape complex sales strategies, combining hands-on execution with strategic thinking. Adaptable and proactive, you enjoy working in a smaller, fast-paced organization, contributing during a dynamic growth phase like Avy’s.Requirements:Several years of proven experience in driving complex B2B sales within SaaS, from prospecting to closing deals.Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizations, understand their ecosystems, and identify key decision-makers.Fluent in Finnish and English, both spoken and written.Valid driver’s license (B) and willingness to travel for the role.Meritorious:A higher academic degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.Professional-level fluency in Swedish.Knowledge or expertise in PropTech.What Avy offersAt Avy, you will have the opportunity to sell a market-leading product that solves a costly, structural problem.
