Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager FIT located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Sales Manager FIT will be responsible for managing key accounts and partnerships, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, the Sales Manager FIT will be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction. Qualifications \n Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and achieving sales targetsProficiency in Market Research and developing Sales StrategiesStrong communication skills and ability to maintain customer relationshipsProven track record in the hospitality industryBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldAbility to understand Jakarta Metropolitan and Neighborhood Country as a main MarketStrong organizational and multitasking skillsFluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
