Sales Manager Flexible Packaging

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager / Manager Sales in Flexible Packaging, located in Lahore/ Karachi (looking for both cities). The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and coordinating with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products. Additionally, the Sales Manager will oversee market analysis, prepare sales reports, and provide exceptional customer service.Prospect for new clients and develop relationships with existing customers.Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.Negotiate and close sales deals.Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.Maintain accurate sales records and reports.Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and build relationships.Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.Utilize CRM systems and sales automation tools effectively.Identify and address customer needs and concerns.Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics.QualificationsExperience as Sales Executive/ Assistant Manager / Manager in flexible packaging industryExperience in developing Sales Strategies and Business DevelopmentCustomer Relationship Management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze market trends and create reportsExperience in the packaging industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldAbility to work on-site in Karachi
