To learn more about us: www.endospheres.com www.spheratechnologies.comThe ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers and Market Knowladge of aesthetic capital business. Key Accountability:Drive brand development by promoting and selling FENIX GROUP aesthetic products and technologiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities among medical clinics, aesthetic clinics, and beauty centers in FranceTargeting current and potential accounts for the company and building relationships with key decision makersEstablish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat businessAnalyze market trends to identify potential clients and expand the company’s footprintMonitor and enhance after-sales performance to maximize client retention and satisfactionHolding regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about status of accountsInvestigating and resolving queries and issues raised by accountsArranging meetings with all relevant decision makers within the customer baseHolding business reviews to assess opportunities for salesAbility to manage and energize a team of at least 4-5 resources in France, to provide the highest level of customer service to France accounts before and after sales.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in BusinessA track record in B2B sales within the aesthetics industryExcellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of growing business at National account levelExperience in conducting in-person client visits and prospecting activity3/5 years of sales experience is desirable, in selling aesthetic durable devicesSelf-motivated, target-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding goalsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsExperience using CRM platforms (e.g., Hotspot, Pipedrive)Fluency in English, both written and spoken French citizenshipWhat We Offer:We offer a structured base salary along with performance-based commissions, being eligible for an end-of-year bonus if meeting or exceeding the annual budget.
