The hotel features nine meeting rooms and an outdoor venue that can host meetings and events for up to 600 guests. With 182 rooms, the hotel offers an excellent dining experience with its all-day dining restaurant, "My Place," and the "Obsidian Sports and Music Bar." The gym, swimming pool, and spa provide ideal relaxation after a long day at work. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and executing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales teams, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager will also conduct market research, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skillsExperience in developing and executing sales strategiesAbility to conduct market research and identify new business opportunitiesProficiency in preparing sales reports and coordinating with multiple teamsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldProven experience in a sales management role within the hospitality industryStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
