About RBS (LEVELFIVE SOLUTIONS)RBS is a fast-growing hospitality technology group transforming how restaurants, hotels, and F&B businesses operate through cutting-edge software and connected solutions.Our Brands IncludeHashmato – Restaurant & F&B Technology SolutionsWinCloud – Hotel & Guest Experience SolutionsTogether, we help hospitality businesses digitize operations, elevate customer experiences, and grow profitably.With multi-million USD revenues and ambitious plans to scale across Singapore and the region, we are expanding our leadership team with a high-performing Sales Manager.Role OverviewThe Sales Manager – Hospitality Technology will be responsible for driving revenue growth across Singapore by acquiring new customers, expanding key accounts, and leading a high-performance sales pipeline for both Hashmato and WinCloud.You will work closely with the Business Director and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Success, and Product) to deliver on ambitious growth targets.This is a hybrid role requiring both individual contribution and team leadership, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Key Responsibilities Sales Execution & Pipeline ManagementOwn the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closure.Manage and grow the sales pipeline for both Hashmato and WinCloud.Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.Conduct product demos, business presentations, and ROI discussions with decision-makers.Maintain accurate forecasting and deal progression in CRM tools. Business DevelopmentIdentify new business opportunities within hospitality, hotels, and F&B sectors.Build relationships with channel partners, resellers, and system integrators.Stay updated with industry trends, competitor moves, and customer needs.Represent RBSGO at trade shows, hospitality events, and networking forums. Customer & Market EngagementWork closely with key clients to understand their challenges and align solutions.Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives to increase account value.Collect customer insights to inform product and market strategies. Team & Process LeadershipMentor junior sales representatives and set clear performance expectations.Create repeatable sales processes and playbooks for the team.Work with Marketing to refine campaigns and generate qualified leads.Report sales performance and market trends to the Business Director regularly.Key MetricsAchievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.Growth in pipeline coverage and conversion rate.Number of new accounts (logos) closed per quarter.Improvement in average deal size and sales velocity.Retention and upsell performance of existing accounts.Qualifications & Experience5–8 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, preferably in Hospitality Tech, SaaS, or POS Systems.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.Experience selling to hotels, restaurant groups, or F&B operators is strongly preferred.Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Familiarity with POS, PMS, or restaurant management solutions is a plus.Hands-on with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce).Self-driven, energetic, and comfortable in a fast-scaling environment.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary with an attractive sales commission structure.Business travel and professional development allowances.Opportunity to grow into a Senior Sales Manager or Regional Sales Head role as RBS expands.
