Job Description

We’re looking for Sales Manager. You will be responsible to achieve your quota to be delivered through Sales Team in HCM. You must have proven knowledge about local market specificity with experiences in management sales teams’ selling cloud-built solutions and SaaS to support and drive customers digital transformation. What You’ll Do Develop, land, and execute strategy built on identified market opportunities, to deliver and exceed sales targets, and to drive customers profitable acquisitions and churn prevention.   Build, develop and lead Sales team (including a few technical Account Manager) across the region, maintain its knowledge, and drive awareness to help the team to develop their skills and grow within the organization. Establish, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with key customers in the region. Work closely with company central and regional stakeholders, and strategic Vendors to build and land aligned sales and plans and programs to drive growth. Own end to end and manage sales process to support and drive automated, intelligent leads generation, pipe management, forecasting and customers acquisitions.  Identify gaps in solutions portfolio offered to customers, initiate and support developing and publishing new solutions built and developed to meet customers’ demand. Integrate Vendors programs and their sales plays to accelerate growth and maximize sales impact. Profile Requirements 7+ years’ experience in managing Sales teams, in technical field 5+ years public Cloud and SaaS selling experience, Microsoft services and products experience is preferable. Strong leadership, customer relationship development and interpersonal skills. Experience in building and landing sales and marketing campaigns and programs. Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors Business development skills.
