We help the world build better by delivering unrivalled insights and technology that shape places where people live, work and play.The roleWe’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth based in Stockholm. In this role, you’ll develop strategic sales plans, build strong client relationships, and motivate your team to exceed targets. You’ll play a key part in shaping our sales strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.Our young and ambitious team is currently based in Ljusdal, Hudiksvall and Stockholm, which are key offices for us today and in the future. The team also includes BDRs (meeting booking) located in Malaga.Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and implementing sales strategies that ensure the company meets its revenue targetsStaying updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitors to adapt the sales strategy.Identifying new opportunities, segments, and products/services that can drive growth.Setting clear goals for the team and follow up on results regularly.Optimising sales processes, CRM systems, and routines to ensure efficiency.Providing management with clear insights into sales results, forecasts, and challenges.Motivating, developing, and coaching the sales team to achieve high performance.Identifying and attract talent that strengthens the sales team’s capabilities.Fostering a positive, performance-oriented work environment.Qualifications/ExperienceMinimum 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management roleExperience managing or collaborating with remote and cross-functional teams.Strong understanding of Swedish market dynamics and customer behaviour.Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Strong leadership and coaching abilities — able to inspire and guide a high-performing team.Collaborative and people-focused, with a genuine interest in team development.Professional, structured, and capable of balancing strategic planning with hands-on executionWhy Hubexo: We’re not here to coast—we’re here to challenge, grow, and build better.
