Ces tâches vous attendentThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at IFB India in Mumbai.You will be responsible for overall sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies.You will be building and maintaining new & existing customer relationships.You are achieving sales targets by driving revenue growth & market expansion in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment will help you to meet sales targets.You act as a bridge between internal team & customer to ensure excellent service deliverables.Ce que vous apportezMasters / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.Minimum 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales in freight forwarding & integrated logistics industry.Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills with fine experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.Sound knowledge of freight forwarding activities for all products i/e import, exports by sea & air.Strong customers pipeline with clear focus on business expansion, exploring new markets, retention and market penetration.Deep sales & sales lead generation to network for global business expansion.Knowledge about shipping & logistics market trends, success stories, market intelligence & timely updates.Positive, Self-motivated, Confident & Proven track record in achieving sales targets.Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal & negotiation skills.Analytical mindset with solution design ability through data insights.Fluency in English and local languages.Ce que nous vous offronsInhouse training and upskilling programsPassionate, innovative and energetic work cultureCareer development, advancement and growth potential
