The Lionsgate brand name is synonymous with original, daring, quality entertainment in markets around the globe. Lionsgate is recruiting for the role of Sales Manager within the EMEA International TV Sales team, to support two VPs, International Television & Digital Distribution in Lionsgate’s London office, to maximise revenues from the distribution of the television, film and library catalogue. The successful candidate will be highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for TV and film, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the current market and client care. The candidate will have the ability to source new business and develop strong internal and external relationships. Key Responsibilities:Research channel profiles, programming, and performance in order to recommend content.Prepare client availability lists, historical sales data, and presentations.Create bespoke collections for clients and maintain expertise in Lionsgate’s catalogue to maximise revenue.Build and strengthen client relationships; source and develop new business.Lead sales for assigned clients and meet annual targets.Source, pitch, negotiate, and close deals for library and new titles; enter deals into internal systems.Use rights management tools to check collisions and analyse data.Collaborate with internal teams:Finalise contracts with Business & Legal Affairs.Coordinate release timing with Digital and Home Entertainment.Ensure timely delivery with Operations.Work with Finance on payment tracking.Assist with forecasting and maintaining annual budgets.Manage post-sales administration and act as main contact for inquiries.Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.Develop growth strategies and improve processes.Maintain records and manage ad-hoc projects, including performance tracking and marketing input. Skills, Experience and Abilities Required:Proven TV sales experience with strong negotiation and presentation skills.Highly motivated, target-driven;Willing and able to travel internationally including organisation of sales trips and international markets.Knowledge of film windowing and broadcasting environment.Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills.Collaborative problem-solving approach; numerate with clear financial reporting.Proficient in Excel; Salesforce knowledge desirable.Excellent verbal and written communication. Our objective is to source candidates who demonstrate our global values: Resourcefulness – We redefine what is possible.Innovation – We challenge the status quo in order to foster bold thinking and outcomes.Collaboration – We connect people and ideas to ensure all voices are heard.Inclusiveness – We pursue and embrace diverse talent and perspectives.Empowerment – We equip and entrust our people to cultivate growth and advance our mission.Integrity – We respect all individuals and honour our commitments to one another.
