INVENTEUR, an international event agency operating across Europe, is seeking a Sales Manager with proven experience in the luxury segment. The role focuses on attracting and developing relationships with HNWI/UHNWI clients and family offices, managing the full sales cycle from first contact to long-term partnership.Key FactsRecent projects include private concerts with globally acclaimed artists, as well as €1M+ immersive experiences across Europe and the Middle East, produced for some of the most demanding clients worldwide.Candidate Profile– Fluent in English and Russian (both spoken & written); additional languages are an advantage* – Minimum 3 years of successful experience in sales (events, luxury, hospitality, or arts background is a strong plus)– Proven track record of closing deals with HNWI and UHNWI clients– Must hold a valid EU work permit and UK visa (or ability to obtain)– Living in Barcelona is a strong plus– In-depth understanding of luxury service culture and etiquette– Independent, disciplined, and result-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills*Please note that applications not meeting this language requirement will not be considered.What We Offer– Base salary €60–80K depending on experience + uncapped commission (OTE €100K+)– Full-time position with flexible schedule– Direct access to a world of private clubs, dinners, art gatherings, and cultural events usually reserved for guests, not managers– Involvement in high-profile, international projects with global visibility– Growth in a team where events are not just productions but works of art
