Job title : Sales ManagerJob PurposeThe ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities :Develop and implement export sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in international markets and achieve sales targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in foreign markets by researching and analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.Negotiate contracts and close deals with international clients, distributors, and partners, ensuring favorable terms for the company.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.Coordinate with internal departments (such as marketing, logistics, and supply chain) to ensure timely delivery of products and compliance with export regulations.Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, providing regular updates and forecasts to senior management.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Excellent written and verbal communication skills5 to 7 years of experience in export sales or international business, ideally including:Managing relationships with international clientsDeveloping and implementing sales strategies for foreign marketsUnderstanding and handling international trade regulations, export procedures, and documentationExperience with customs, shipping, and import-export lawsPrevious roles that are relevant include International Sales Representative or International Business Development ManagerLeadership experience is often required for senior roles, such as managing a sales team or large/key accountsIndustry-specific experience is highly valued, as each sector has unique challenges and requirements in international tradeTechnical Skills RequiredProven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets and driving sales growthStrong commercial awareness and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills, especially across different cultures and languagesAbility to develop and implement effective sales strategiesProblem-solving skills for handling export process issuesKnowledge of a second language is often beneficialWillingness and ability to travel internationally
