Sales Manager (Player-Coach / Team Lead)📍 Melbourne 💰 $220K–$240K + super + double OTE 🌏 Global FinTech | Payments | Growth LeadershipAbout the Company Our client is a global FinTech innovator redefining how businesses collect and manage payments. With a strong international footprint and growing presence in ANZ, they’re building out a high-performing sales function to accelerate expansion across key verticals and strategic partners.The Role We’re seeking a hands-on Sales Manager who can combine leadership, strategy, and execution. You’ll lead a team of three sales professionals, driving both new business acquisition and growth within an established customer base. This is a “player-coach” role — leading from the front while mentoring your team to success.Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop a small team of high-performing sales repsDrive consistent new business growth while expanding existing pipelinesPartner closely with marketing, partnerships, and operations to scale revenueExecute a player-coach leadership style — balancing sales delivery and mentorshipIdentify and grow opportunities across strategic accounts and partner ecosystemsIdeal Background:Proven success within Payments, FinTech, or Financial Services SaaSDemonstrated experience leading and scaling sales teamsStrong commercial acumen and disciplined sales executionExcellent stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functionallyA passion for coaching, collaboration, and high-performance cultureWhy Apply?
