They are reputable for providing reliable and bespoke solutions based on customer’s' needs and demands. Due to expansion in the Singapore office, they are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to focus on sea freight, ideally with knowledge in Oil & Gas / Energy vertical.ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Country Head, you will be responsible for developing new customers across key verticals, promoting the company’s air and/or sea freight solutions. You need to be proactive in hunting for new accounts and win new business opportunities, while maintaining solid rapport with existing customers to ensure business continuity. You will also work cross-functionally to prepare quotations and RFQs, offering best solutions to fit customers’ needs. As they are a mid-sized organisation, you will have the autonomy to run your business and to craft your vertical focus.RequirementsThe ideal candidate is someone with minimum 5 years of Sales, Business Development, and/or Account Management experience within the Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry. You will need to be a proven hunter with track record of winning new businesses, while proposing innovative solutions to customers.
