JOB DESCRIPTION:Plan, develop and implement effective sales strategies & plans to meet the sales targetDevelop a team of highly motivated and result oriented sales personnelTo manage the performance of sales team at overall & individual basisTo monitor & control the sales implementation process accordinglyTo monitor staff weekend/road show dutiesTo conduct internal training to ensure improvement in sales staff working qualityPrepare weekly sales reportsAssist & support the superior in overall Sales & Marketing functionsJOB REQUIREMENTS:Diploma/Degree holders in any fieldAt least 3 years of working experience in the property industryExcellent interpersonal, attitude, leadership, teamwork, planning, time management and organizational skillsMust be fluent in English & BMTeam player and able to work independently and possess good working attitudeMust work during weekends and Public HolidaysMust be computer literatePossess own transportation and willing to travel outstation
