Sales Manager

Role Summary:We are seeking a results-driven and well-connected Sales Representative / Head of Sales / Business Developer to lead business development initiatives in Peru and across LATAM. The ideal candidate brings strong relationships in the crypto or trading space and can generate OTC trading volume through client acquisition and relationship management.Key Responsibilities:Acquire and manage a portfolio of institutional or high-volume clients in the crypto and trading industriesPresent Mamoru’s OTC trading and FX payment offerings to potential clientsDevelop partnerships with trading desks, crypto funds, HNWIs, and fintech companiesCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely trade execution and client satisfactionContribute to regional strategy and market expansion effortsRequirements:Proven experience in sales or business development in crypto, financial markets, or fintechActive client portfolio in crypto or trading is mandatoryIn-depth knowledge of digital assets, OTC crypto trading, and payment infrastructureStrong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skillsBased in Lima or able to commute (hybrid work model)What We Offer:Full-time employment with a formal contractCompetitive salary + performance-based annual bonusHealth insurance coverageOpportunity to grow within a global crypto-fintech leaderPowered by JazzHRFDJmawx0nR
