Sales Manager – MarineLocation: Jakarta, IndonesiaEmployment Type: Full-TimeOnly candidates with the legal right to work in Indonesia will be considered.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager (Marine) to join our growing team in Indonesia. This role will drive marine sales initiatives, strengthen partnerships, and support growth objectives across the region. The ideal candidate will have strong technical B2B sales experience within the marine or industrial power systems sector, and a proven ability to build relationships, close deals, and lead sales strategy execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full sales cycle for marine products, from business development to contract closure.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share.Identify and secure new business opportunities across the marine segment.Manage and grow the System Integrator and Partner Network, ensuring alignment with company goals.Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote brand visibility.Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Engineering, Finance, Legal) to deliver customer solutions.Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and HSE regulations.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business performance, and provide regular reports to management.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.Minimum 8 years of B2B technical sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.Experience in marine sector sales, preferably selling engines, propulsion systems, or related equipment.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Exposure to shipyards, system integrators, marine operators, or OEMs is highly desirable.Excellent written and spoken English for communication with global teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP tools.Must have legal authorization to work in Indonesia.Why Join UsWork with a world-class organization delivering innovative power and propulsion solutions.Competitive salary and performance-based bonus (up to 20% after 13 months).Hybrid working model – minimum 3 days in office.Opportunity to grow within a multicultural, high-performance environment.Relocation support considered on a case-by-case basis.
