About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have proven experience across all stages of the sales cycle. They should demonstrate confidence in building new client relationships while maintaining strong, long-term connections with existing clients. Additionally, they must be able to provide evidence of exceptional professional skills and possess strong negotiation capabilities.English is accepted as a working language for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish relationships with prospective clients and maintain consistent, proactive communication with existing clients.Manage and optimize the sales pipeline to drive conversion and meet revenue targets.Develop user-centric AI skin analysis strategies tailored to the needs of partner brands.Identify and pursue new business opportunities for SaaS and B2B products within the target market.Address inquiries, fulfill demands, and manage partnership initiatives related to beauty technology.Generate and qualify sales leads through diverse channels, including personal networks, email outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and both online and offline events.Regularly update sales collaterals, including media packs, pitch decks, project proposals, quotes, and other supporting materials.Communicate, collaborate, and negotiate effectively with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing) and external stakeholders to streamline the sales process and secure agreements.Required QualificationsTechnical background preferred, with experience in coding, working as an internet product manager, or conducting business analysis.Preferred: Existing connections within the beauty industry, prior experience in the technology sector, and proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (a plus, not a requirement).Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science) plus 10+ years of progressive experience in sales or business development.Exceptional presentation skills, with a demonstrated track record of success in B2B sales (e.g., meeting/exceeding quotas, securing key clients).Proficiency in English (required for day-to-day work communications, client interactions, and cross-team collaboration).
