Read more about us: www.meruspower.comWe are now looking for a new SALES MANAGER to join our team to drive sales of modernization services to industrial SVCs. This role can be located in our office in Ylöjärvi or Helsinki, Finland, or remotely in Europe supported by your manager from Finland.In this role, you will be responsible for proactively promoting our innovative modernization service for SVCs to industrial customers. You will take a lead in technical tender process and build new sales channels in co-operation with our regional sales partners.This role offers a wide range of influence and requires the ability to combine technical expertise and commercial vision.Your responsibilities includeProactive sales of our SVC modernization concept in the selected regionsSearching for and managing channels and key customers – also for other power quality solutionsCollecting information from relevant markets and market playersProducing sales materials and forecastsWhat is required in this roleBachelor's or Master's degree (from relevant technical or commercial field)Ability to proactively drive project sales from lead prospecting to contract negotiationsIndependent work style and time management skillsExcellent English language skills; other languages are an advantageFrequent international travel is required in this roleWhat will help you succeed in this roleUnderstanding of international supply contracts and project managementExperience from working with SVCs or industrial power gridsExisting personal networks in heavy industry, e.g. metalsExperience in selling power quality solutionsWhat will you get in returnA fully remote position in Europe (you need to hold a full working permit in your country of residence)A competitive salary based on location standards and your previous experienceInternational operating environment and development opportunitiesOpportunity to influence and develop the business of your own area of responsibilityA professional team to support youInterested?Submit your application and CV no later than November 16, 2025.
