Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Boca Raton, FL, for a Sales Manager at MGGI Ingredients. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the food ingredient distribution sector. Daily tasks include reaching out to prospective clients, nurturing existing customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and leveraging market insights to drive growth and achieve revenue targets. Qualifications Proven sales skills in client acquisition, business development, and negotiationKnowledge of the food ingredient distribution industry and experience working with manufacturers and suppliersStrong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationshipsStrategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market trends and create effective sales plansProficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and basic office applicationsExperience in international trade or logistics is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldAbility to work on-site in Boca Raton, FL
