Key Responsibilities: Lead Capital Sales: Drive the sales process for Pumps, Cyclones, and Valves, establishing and maintaining key customer relationships, developing technical sales proposals, and negotiating contracts to secure orders. Site Conversions:
Spearhead site conversions for our products on competitor installations, proposing technical solutions to enhance cyclone performance and reduce total cost of ownership for customers. Customer Support: Develop strategies to protect our installed base, ensuring customers receive comprehensive technical and operational support through our product and site sales networks. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, preparing budgets and forecasts while supporting the team in achieving sales targets. Team Leadership: Engage, motivate, and develop a diverse sales and product support team, focusing on customer satisfaction and thorough execution to deliver results. Safety and Quality:
Uphold Australian safety standards in product design and maintain a commitment to premium quality, prioritizing a 'Safety First' culture. Market Engagement: Participate in industry functions, such as conferences and association events, to gather market insights and trends. Essential Skills/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Metallurgy preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the mineral processing industry, specifically with pumps, cyclones, and valves. Strong understanding of mineral processing product solutions and a robust network of industry stakeholders. Proven ability to build relationships and credibility with clients, demonstrating exceptional customer service and technical solution skills.
Experience in developing realistic business plans with ambitious targets and a clear strategy to achieve them. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful negotiations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office suite. Prior experience working in Mongolia is preferred.
