Our client is a modular data-center infrastructure company producing cutting-edge solutions. The Sales Manager is responsible for building client relationships (SEA), driving revenue, and supporting strategic initiatives in collaboration with regional and headquarters teams.Candidate with experience in the data center ecosystem, including upstream partners (hardware vendors, infrastructure providers) and downstream clients (enterprise customers, cloud service providers).Key ResponsibilitiesSales Execution & Strategy Support: Implementation of sales strategies to grow market presence in Singapore and across Southeast Asia. Collaborate with regional teams and headquarters to align on sales goals and initiatives.Client & Channel Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and channel stakeholders. Work with upstream and downstream partners to identify opportunities and deliver value-added solutions.Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories or client segments. Execute tailored sales plans considering local market needs and regulations.Team Collaboration & Leadership: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective pipeline management and goal achievement. Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.Revenue Growth & Reporting: Drive revenue growth by managing the sales pipeline and closing deals efficiently. Provide market feedback and insights to support business development and product strategies.Market Awareness: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies relevant to data center solutions. Share insights with the team and leadership to help shape sales strategies.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus.5–10 years of experience in sales within data center, cloud, or IT infrastructure sectors.Knowledge of data center solutions, including colocation, cloud services, and interconnectivity.Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.EA Lic.
