Introduction to the companyHydro-Tek Vietnam, a member of Hydro-Tek Group (Korea), is a leading supplier of hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation solutions. We provide high-quality products and engineering services from global brands like CKD, Rexroth, and Hawe, supporting industrial customers across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies and business plans to achieve annual revenue targets.Manage, coach, and develop the sales team: recruitment, training, motivation, and performance evaluation.Identify and develop new business opportunities; maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the industrial, engineering, and truck-related sectors.Collaborate closely with technical, logistics, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitors’ activities.Manage sales budgets and ensure profitability aligned with company P&L objectives.Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and technical training both domestically and internationally.Prepare periodic reports and propose improvement plans to the management team. Career QualificationsUniversity degree in any Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related fields).Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Management within industrial, engineering, or truck-related businesses.Good command of English or Chinese (both spoken and written).Strong leadership skills, proactive and hands-on management style; able to lead by example, serve and grow the team.Strong business mindset: hungry-for-business, result-oriented, ambitious, and growth driven.Good understanding of business operations, including profit and loss (P&L) management.Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, or automation products or brands such as CKD, Rexroth, Hawe, or Dalmec is a strong advantage.Preferred QualificationsProven track record in building and managing distributor or dealer networks in industrial equipment.Existing customer base in factories, industrial zones, OEMs, or engineering contractors.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Experience managing complex technical sales projects (solution selling).Working experience in multinational environments or direct reporting to foreign HQ is preferred.LocationHydro-Tek Vietnam - Binh Loi Trung ward - HCMC.Apply nowEmail: tuyenle.hrm@gmail.comPhone / Zalo: (+84) 936294135
