In this role, you will be at the forefront of the digital transformation in outdoor advertising, managing and nurturing client relationships to drive our innovative pDOOH solutions.Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic account plans, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service delivery.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or account management, preferably in the digital advertising or related media sectors, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.Your ability to understand and leverage data-driven insights for campaign optimization will be crucial.We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about the evolving landscape of digital advertising.Join us to be a part of a team that is shaping the future of outdoor advertising with cutting-edge technology and innovative strategies.How You'll Make an ImpactManage and grow a roster of key agency accountsWork closely with the Trading team to rapidly onboard new customersBecome an expert on the use and best practices on The Perion platform, and offer insights to clients on how to improve campaignsProvide continual training to clients as new features are added to the platformWork with Product Management to help define features and drive enhancements to the platformHelp build the Client Services practice, by creating training materials, best practices, sales materials and customer facing guidesWhat do you need to perform in this job Experience managing and growing agency accounts2-5 years of online advertising experience1+ years of client-facing experienceExperience in working with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and other optimization platforms is a plusExperience managing CPA, CPC, and CPM marketing campaignsSolid experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data setsOutstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environmentProven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives and recommending best strategiesEffective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines What We'll Bring to the TableAn opportunity to grow with a dynamic global company with personal and professional growthWork with a small collaborative team where you can directly impact both product and culture
