Omtera is a fast-growing consultancy and technology solutions partner for industry leaders, including Mixpanel, Braze, OneSignal, Snowflake, Statsig, HubSpot, and more. We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our martech and analytics solutions business.You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through both consulting services and subscription sales, engaging with enterprise and mid-market clients across various sectors, including e-commerce, finance, gaming, telecom, and digital-first businesses.TasksAs a Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle and drive growth across our martech and analytics portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: Own and exceed revenue targets for Omtera’s martech and analytics portfolio across assigned territoriesIdentify, engage, and close opportunities for both license sales and consulting implementation servicesManage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and closingLead account strategies and grow existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell motionsCollaborate closely with the partnerships, technical consulting, and marketing teamsDevelop strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and marketing/data/IT decision-makersReport sales performance and pipeline status regularly to leadershipRepresent Omtera in regional events, workshops, and partner co-selling initiativesRequirementsWe are looking for a candidate who combines sales expertise with a passion for martech and data-driven solutions. The ideal profile includes: 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in martech, analytics, or customer engagement platformsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas (license + services)Experience selling both subscriptions and consulting/professional servicesStrong understanding of customer engagement, product analytics, and data-driven growth strategiesAbility to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholdersExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsFluent in English; Turkish or Arabic is a plus, depending on the marketBenefitsAt Omtera, we believe in rewarding success and fostering professional growth.
