Beyond driving results, you will cultivate a customer-centric environment where exceptional experiences thrive, inspiring your team to deliver value in every interaction and balancing short-term achievements with long-term business success.Ko Tō Mahi – What You’ll DoBuild and develop your sales team through coaching, mentoring, and fostering a strong business owner mindset to drive high performance.Take full accountability for financial results and overall team performance, ensuring revenue targets are consistently met or exceeded.Cultivate and maintain long-term, positive customer relationships that support retention and growth.Lead the hiring, development, and retention of talent to build a motivated and capable sales team.Plan and execute quarterly team objectives, tracking progress and reporting on outcomes aligned with business goals.Lead and inspire a customer-focused culture through regular team meetings, performance management, and coaching sessions.Oversee and drive performance for both the Acquisition sales team and Key, T1 & T2 account management teams across the South Island.Na Tōu Rourou - What You’ll BringProven experience leading teams to deliver results through an empathetic, flexible, and supportive management style that drives performanceStrong commercial acumen with the ability to make rational, data-driven decisionsStrategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and innovationKnowledge and experience in connectivity and ICT core product setsSkilled in project planning, monitoring, and execution to ensure timely delivery of objectivesExceptional communication, influencing, and persuasion abilities to engage stakeholders at all levelsMinimum of 8 years’ experience successfully working with sales teams in B2B and complex solution selling environmentsPreferably telecommunication industry knowledge, though not essentialProficient in using CRM software to manage sales activity and pipeline effectivelyNā Mātou Te Rourou – What You’ll GetOne New Zealand is leading the way by ensuring you can have a truly balanced life.
