We’re seeking an experienced Sales Manager who understands the world of furniture,interior design & contractors — someone confident in building relationships, leading teams,and driving results. You’ll represent OSLO Home Living to clients, designers, and projectpartners, leading our B2B sales initiatives and ensuring every experience reflects the qualityof our brand. ResponsibilitiesDrive B2B and retail sales by developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationshipPitch and present OSLO Home Living collections to clients, interior designers, architects, and project developers.Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Identify and pursue partnership and project opportunities in hospitality, property, and design sectors.Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to align brand direction with sales strategies.Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and strategies to support business growth.Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.Manage client accounts and ensure seamless project coordination and delivery.Qualifications3+ years of experience in furniture or interior related salesProven track record in B2B sales, business development or project based sellingStrong presentation and negotiation skills – fluent and confident in pitching to clientsEstablished network of interior designers, developers, or hospitality clients is a strong plusLeadership experience in motivating and manage a teamEnergetic, proactive, confident in working both in the showroom and in the fieldWHY JOIN US?
