Elitez Asia Vietnam's client is a leading global coffee trading company, specializing in sourcing, processing, and exporting high-quality green and soluble coffee. With a strong network across Asia and Europe, the company focuses on delivering premium products to international partners in the HORECA channels.Key ResponsibilitiesTrading OperationsExecute trading strategies to maximize profitability while managing risks effectively.Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely delivery and contract fulfillment.Coordinate with R&D, logistics, and supply chain teams for smooth trading operations.Market AnalysisTrack global market trends, pricing, and supply-demand dynamics in the soluble coffee industry.Conduct research to identify new opportunities and assess potential risks.Contract NegotiationNegotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers and customers under favorable terms.Ensure all agreements comply with internal policies and legal standards.Supplier & Buyer ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and buyers to ensure a reliable, diversified network.Negotiate favorable terms supporting the company’s trading growth.Risk ManagementDevelop and implement strategies to mitigate price volatility and market uncertainties.Identify and address supply chain risks proactively.ReportingPrepare regular reports on trading performance, market insights, and recommendations for strategic adjustments.Collaboration & Sales GrowthCollaborate with logistics, finance, and quality teams to ensure operational excellence.Expand customer base and open new export markets to achieve sales and growth targets.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 7 years’ experience in FMCG or logistics, preferably in instant coffee or packed coffee trading (Private Label / Branded).Proven international sales record.Fluent in English;Contact Lisa: 0947691901, lisa.duong@elitez.asia
