Prepare customer presentations, offers, and documentation with guidance from experienced sales colleaguesJoin client meetings and assist in follow-up communication and stakeholder coordinationMaintain close collaboration with internal stakeholders across product, operations, and analyticsConduct qualification of early funnel sales opportunities and engage in pre sales activitiesCoordinate tender submissions and prepare high-quality offer material for customers, using Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft WordProcess Ownership & LearningBecome an expert in Entrix’s offering and the rapidly changing battery storage landscapeContinuously learn about our market positioning, competition, and client needsContribute to process improvements in sales operations and CRM workflowsTrack your own progress and development, with regular coaching and mentorship from senior team membersYour ProfileMandatory Requirements:1–3 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in sales, account management, or business developmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills - confident in speaking with clients, external and internal stakeholdersProficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPointProactive, curious, and eager to learn about technical and commercial topicsFull professional proficiency in Polish and English (C1)Experience or educational background in the energy sector, sustainability, or B2B SaaSSkills to Set You ApartUnderstanding of renewable energy markets or interest in battery storage technologyFirst experience working in cross-functional teamsExperience working with tools such as CRM systemsThis role may not be a fit for you if…You prefer clearly defined, repetitive tasks without much variationYou are not comfortable reaching out to new contacts or speaking in client meetingsYou’re not interested in the energy industry or technological productsWe are committed to diversity - of all backgrounds and experiences.
