The role focuses on developing market strategies, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and driving long-term value creation in Indonesia’s power and marine sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, strategic, and relationship-building skills, with proven experience in B2B industrial sales and business development.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify New Opportunities: Conduct market research and expand the qualified sales pipeline through customer acquisition and relationship management. Develop Business Strategies: Design and implement strategic plans for market expansion, product launches, and revenue growth. Build Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through consultative engagement. Lead Negotiations: Manage contract discussions and finalize agreements that align with business goals and compliance standards. Partner Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic partners to drive sustainable collaboration. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize market and performance analytics to guide business decisions and strategy refinements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Service, and Finance teams to ensure cohesive solutions and delivery.Must-Have RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of B2B industrial sales experience, including at least 3 years in a business development role. Proven record of achieving business targets and executing strategic initiatives. Strong analytical thinking, market insight, and relationship management capabilities. Experience using CRM systems and lead-generation tools. Proficient in English (spoken and written). Competent with Microsoft Office and SAP. Legal right to work in Indonesia (mandatory). Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience in marine propulsion, power generation, or hybrid energy systems. Exposure to cross-functional project environments in the APAC region. Background in high-value capital equipment or industrial engineering solutions.
