Position OverviewPOWERGROUP Resources on behalf of our partner Wessuc Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager.The Sales Manager will lead Wessuc’s sales department, driving revenue growth and ensuring that sales strategies align with company objectives. This role oversees the performance, development, and accountability of the sales team, ensuring divisional targets for both revenue and profit are met. What you will do:Lead and manage the sales team, including Sales Representatives and Estimator/Sales CoordinatorDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed company revenue and profit targetsEstablish clear performance expectations and accountability across the sales teamOversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes to ensure data accuracy and timelinessCollaborate with other departments to align sales activities with operational and financial goalsSupport business development initiatives in new and existing marketsMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy adjustments
