Company DescriptionRe-Nuble, headquartered in New York City, is an MWBE-certified agricultural technology company redefining the horticulture industry with innovative, planet-friendly substrates that help growers maximize yields and minimize environmental impact. We create high-quality, compostable grow media from renewable resources and waste streams to support sustainable cultivation and healthier ecosystems.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager residing in the Midwest or Northeast with the ability to travel to customers. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and executing strategic sales initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders in the agriculture and soilless farming sectors. Daily tasks include generating leads, meeting sales targets, creating detailed sales reports, and collaborating with the Re-Nuble team to develop go-to-market strategies. The role also requires understanding market trends and customer needs to provide tailored solutions and drive revenue growth.Qualifications5+ years of sales experience in horticulture, agriculture inputs, substrates, or ag-tech industries.Proven success managing sales cycles with distributors and B2B customers.Experience with margin-based selling and negotiating long-term supply agreements.Strong understanding of the growing media substrate market — peat, coco coir, perlite, rockwool, etc. (or similar industrial input sectors).Startup mindset: self-driven, resourceful, and able to thrive with limited structure.Excellent communication, CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), and presentation skills.Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Horticulture, Business, or related field preferred.
