Sales Manager – EuropeBased in Europe | Full-time | Frequent travelOur client is a global leader in advanced air separation technology, designing and manufacturing high-performance waste separation systems that help enable a more circular and sustainable world. Their machines efficiently separate waste streams to produce high-quality recyclables and alternative fuels for energy and cement industries.After achieving more than 20% revenue growth last year, the company is now expanding its European sales presence and is seeking a driven and commercially minded International Sales Manager to join its growing team.The RoleAs International Sales Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for sales development across Europe, focusing initially on the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, while expanding into Austria and Switzerland.You’ll be the key commercial link between the company, its system integrators, engineering partners, and end customers — driving growth, building relationships, and representing cutting-edge recycling technology on a global stage.Key responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies for the European region.Generate and follow up on new business opportunities.Manage relationships with system integrators, engineering firms, and end clients.Attend and represent the company at international trade shows and customer visits.Travel approximately 50% of the time, with flexibility to plan your own schedule.Work partly from home when not travelling.About YouBachelor’s degree, preferably in Commercial Economics or a similar field.Proven international sales experience (required).Background in selling technical capital equipment or machinery (required).Proactive, results-driven, persuasive, and confident communicator.Fluent in English, Dutch and German.Based within the region and within reasonable distance of a major airport.Full-time availability (part-time not possible).What’s on OfferYou’ll be joining a company at the forefront of sustainability — a market leader with a proud engineering heritage and a strong reputation for innovation.
