Adecco Indonesia is collaborating with a multinational company in the building water pump and plumbing industry to hire a Sales Manager (BSR) in Jakarta, Indonesia.About the Role: As BSR Segment Sales Manager, you will lead the market entry and expansion of domestic/residential pumps and small commercial pumps in Indonesia. You’ll establish a strong distribution network, achieve sales targets, and strengthen the companies' brand presence in the BSR segment.Qualifications:3–5 years in channel or B2B sales, ideally in residential building, HVAC, plumbing, water pumps, or related industries.Proven track record in achieving sales targets and opening new markets or building distribution networks.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Marketing.Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English.Existing network in plumbing, water pump, or building materials distribution is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales plans, recruit and onboard new distributors, retail partners, and master dealers.Drive sales from lead generation to closing and consistently achieve sales targets.Serve as primary contact for key accounts (developers, contractors, OEMs), building strong business relationships.Provide market insights and feedback to product and marketing teams.Competencies:Hunter mentality with proactive, self-motivated, results-driven approach.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Resilient and able to handle challenges.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted, Thank you and Goodluck!
