Today, Trina Solar is actively accelerating its pace of globalization and the development of its global management team.Description of Key Job Duties:Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for Module and BESS products in the ROA sub-region( Malaysia, Singapore, etc.).Identify and cultivate relationships with key customers, including utility companies, project developers, EPC contractors, and other stakeholders.Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, competitive landscape, and potential new markets in the renewable energy sector.Explore and develop new markets within the ROA sub-region to drive business growth and increase market presence.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop promotional materials and product demonstrations.Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.Represent Trina Solar at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.Skills Requirement:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the renewable energy or energy storage industry, have good networking with related stakeholders.Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) is a plus to liaise with Chinese counterparties.Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving business growth, and developing new markets.Strong understanding of PV industry or new energy industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel frequently within the APAC region.Application Process:If this is the opportunity you have been waiting for and you fit what we looking for, we welcome your application.
