Job Title: Sales Manager – KoreaLocation: Seoul, South KoreaReports to: Regional Sales Director – APAC (based in Shanghai)Experience - 5-10 yearsCompany: World leading seamless stainless pipe manufacture, European companyRole Overview:The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing Company's market presence in Korea, focusing on stainless steel and nickel alloy seamless tubes and solutions for the energy, petrochemical, power generation, and engineering sectors. The role will ensure strong client relationships, drive sales growth, and act as a key liaison between Korean customers and Company’s Shanghai hub.Key Responsibilities:Business Development & SalesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in Korea across key industries (oil & gas, power, chemical, aerospace, etc.).Achieve sales targets and market share objectives aligned with Company's APAC growth strategy.Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with major EPCs, distributors, and end-users.Act as the primary point of contact for Korean customers, ensuring responsiveness and high service levels.Market Intelligence & StrategyMonitor competitor activity, industry trends, and regulatory developments in Korea.Provide regular market reports and insights to the Shanghai business unit for strategic alignment.Sales Operations & CoordinationWork closely with Shanghai HQ on pricing, contract negotiation, order execution, and after-sales service.Coordinate with technical and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and project support.Compliance & Brand RepresentationEnsure all business activities comply with Companies ethical, compliance, and ESG standards.Represent our Company at local trade fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).5–10 years of sales/business development experience in industrial products (preferably steel/tubing/piping industry).Strong network within Korean EPCs, petrochemical, and power generation sectors.Excellent negotiation and communication skills, fluent in Korean and English.Proven ability to work independently while coordinating with regional teams.Knowledge of export/import procedures, contracts, and technical specifications.
