Job Title: Sales Manager – Digital Platform (LOOP)Salary: £25,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £50,000+ year 1)Job Type: Full-timeLocation: Hybrid (Hampshire office once per week preferred)About Semantic and LOOP By SemanticSemantic builds LOOP, a modern and flexible website platform used by attractions, zoos, museums and leisure venues to help marketers and attractions bring their brand to life online.We are growing quickly and are aiming for more than 200 LOOP clients in the coming years.We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager to help drive this growth by generating leads, running demos and converting new LOOP clients.The RoleYou will own the full sales cycle. This includes outreach, discovery calls, demos, proposals and closing deals. You will work closely with the CEO to approve deals and Marketing to build relationships with target venues and help grow LOOP across key target sectors.Key responsibilitiesManage key sales contacts, outreach to new targets and find opportunities.Own and manage the full sales process from qualification to close.Follow up on leads and inbound interest quickly and helpfully to add value.Run effective discovery, demo and proposal stages to match customer needs to valueMaintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records across all deals and activitiesMeet individual revenue and activity targets as part of the wider sales teamWork with the Business Development Lead on strategic opportunities / targetsProvide feedback to wider S&M Team on lead quality, messaging and performanceAttend relevant events, trade shows and meetings to build pipeline and close dealsEnsure a smooth handover to Customer Success after closing each dealRequirements1 to 4 years of B2B sales experience (digital, SaaS or agency preferred)Confident presenting demos and explaining digital conceptsStrong communication and writing skillsComfortable with outreach, building pipeline and hitting targetsAble to work in a hybrid role with weekly travel to the Hampshire office preferredFriendly, proactive and able to build trust quicklyAdaptable to seek out new tech and systems to optimise the sales process and maximise impact.Benefits includeWork from home / fully remote, or option to work in the office20 days' holiday PLUS bank holidays + ChristmasExtra day holiday per year at Semantic (up to 30 days total + Bank Holidays + Christmas)Bonus free day off on your birthdayFlexible working hours (after your first year)Salary and Commission£25,000 base salaryUncapped commission% percent commission on the first 6 months revenue of each new clientOTE £50,000+ in year one----How to ApplyPlease complete the initial questions.
