It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.Sales Manager Serbia & Bosnia-Hercegovina About The RoleAs the Sales Manager Serbia & Bosnia-Hercegovina you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the sales team consistently meets and exceeds targets. You will be responsible for managing Distributors and indirectly external Sales Teams, handling sales process and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve Haleon business objectives. In this role you will report to Cluster Lead Export Markets.Role Responsibilities Sales Strategy Execution and Activity ControlStrategic Vision: Shape and execute Sales Roadmap.Channel Strategy: Develop and implement a robust channel strategy (Mass Market & Pharmacies).Ownership and Accountability: Take ownership of the sales targets, consistently develop accurate sales forecasts, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.Results-Driven Performance:Achieve Aggressive Sales Targets: Successfully deliver ambitious sales targets across multiple channels ensuring the attainment of Sales In, Sales Out, and Stock in trade goals.Operational Excellence: Meet operational KPIs by excelling in forecasting accuracy, distribution (NDI, WDI), % GtN, and in-trade execution.Reporting and Action Planning: Generate monthly and quarterly reports, accompanied by actionable plans to drive target achievement.Employee & Customer Structure Management:Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Trade/Customer Marketing, NRM & SFE to prioritize consumption generation.Promote People Development: Champion the development of team members and foster the adoption of performance and development tools.Team: managing external Sales TeamCustomers Management: Proficiency in managing partners across different channels, including their selection and performance evaluation.Key Account Management: Oversee the strategic account programs and trade spendWhy you?Basic Qualifications:FMCG Management Experience: A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience, with a strong track record of successfully leading FMCG/ Fast Moving Consumer Healthcare sales teams (ideally combined internal & external teams).Language Proficiency: Fluent in English. Local Languages would be advantage.Strategic Vision: Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying FMCG/ FMCH focused commercial and channel strategies.Understanding the specifics of several markets within CEE, directly or at least on a project basis.Experience in distributor markets model or working with large strategic clients through leading a sales channel.Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical and forecasting skills.Collaborative Team Player: Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.Revenue Growth Expertise: Skilled in identifying and leveraging opportunities for growing revenue within existing and new FMCG accounts.Travel Flexibility: Willingness and availability to travel.Driven to make an impact at the store level: actively driving the business from the ground up.Motivated by independence and empowered to drive results with accountability.Performance Improvement: Experience in analyzing monthly net sales and sales-out data from channel partners and implementing corrective actions to meet targets.Drive for results, curiosity and for a constant growth.Bold in moving things forward.Deeply understands our consumers & customers.The role can be based in Budapest/ Hungary or Warsaw/Poland.Please save a copy of the job description, as this may be helpful to refer to once the advert closes.What we offer?Haleon rewards your contribution with a benefits package depending on each CEE locations.
