Relocation assistance is available.SpinPlay Games is seeking a Sales Manager who is responsible for leading and supporting our international sales team within the dynamic iGaming industry. This position will play a key role in driving performance, implementing sales strategies, and supporting the overall effectiveness of the team. You’ll help define and execute the sales roadmap, monitor performance metrics, and ensure the team is positioned to meet and exceed company goals.Essential FunctionsLead, coach, and develop a remote, non–U.S.-based sales team to drive performance and achieve revenue targets.International travel required (approximately once per quarter for team and industry engagements)Develop, implement, and track sales strategies, processes, and KPIs to improve efficiency and results.Partner closely with leadership to establish sales roadmaps, targets, and forecasting models.Provide regular coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members to support growth and accountabilityMonitor pipeline health, deal progress, and team metrics to identify areas for improvement.Manage sales administrative processes — including reporting, CRM management, and performance reviews.Support onboarding and training initiatives for new sales team members as needed.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.5+ years of experience in sales, sales management, or sales operations in iGaming is required.Strong grasp of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales performance metrics.SpinPlay Games is an equal employment opportunity employer.
